This Terrazza Grande luxury villa to rent on the Amalfi Coast is one of just several houses on a private complex with four acres of terraced gardens and orchards. The gardens include olive, lemon and pomegranate trees, ancient carob trees, bougainvillea vines, jasmine and plumbago, as well as a herb garden full of basil, parsley, sage, oregano, mint and rosemary. A small shared pool is also available for use by all guests at the properties here.
Situated right above the sea, with wonderful sea views, there are private steps leading down to a small sandy beach below, and the centre of Positano can be reached in around 15 minutes on foot. With accommodation on three floors, the luxury holiday rental on the Amalfi Coast also benefits from three private terraces, one on each level. The ground floor terrace has a furnished outdoor living and dining area, and the lower floor, has a small indoor pool, leading out to the terrace and garden. The first floor also has a sun terrace.
The accommodation at the luxury villa to rent in Positano includes a living room with TV, music/ipod system and a DVD player and a large kitchen and dining area. There are 5 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom (3 bedrooms with king size beds, 1 bedroom with queen size bed and 1 bedroom with 2 large custom-made single beds. Amenities include both air conditioning and heating.
