The views from the villa’s terraces are spectacular, to the town, its pastel-coloured houses and the Mediterranean Sea and the romantic Li Galli islands in the background. The property is on different levels, with small terraced garden. The main access is from the third level, where there are three double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have access to a panoramic terrace. On the second level (20 steps lower) is the main terrace, equipped with elegant loungers and armchairs designed by Philippe Starck, perfect for enjoying a drink or a good book. There is also an outdoor dining area here with a large table. The terrace accesses the living-room area, furnished with Mediterranean-style modern furniture and with large windows to enjoy the views. On the same floor there is a well equipped Miele kitchen with a classic pizza oven, a modern induction oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a dining room, a guest WC, and two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with showers.

On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a Spa area and access to the garden. All the bedrooms in the villa have a sea view.
