The luxury villa to rent in Praiano is on three levels with terraces at each level. The first terrace is accessed from the first living room and it is furnished with tables and chairs. The second and third terraces are on the second floor, partly shaded by a pergola, and furnished with a table for outdoor dining, chairs, deck chairs and an outdoor shower. Here you will also find a brick barbecue and wood fired pizza oven. The views are spectacular, over the sea to the small Li Galli islands in the distance. The fourth furnished terrace is accessed from the third and fourth bedrooms, and is also shaded by a pergola. The swimming pool is 3 m x 6 m, and from 20 cm to 1,6 m deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with table, chairs, a sun umbrella, and benefits from sea views. The pool is open from mid-April until end-October.

On the ground floor is the first of several living areas, with high vaulted ceilings and paved with original terracotta tiles. There is also a well equipped kitchenette and dining area on this level, and access to the terrace. The first bedroom is on a mezzanine level with a queen-size bed and high vaulted ceilings. From the mezzanine level, there is a glass door opening to the swimming pool terrace. There are three further bedrooms: a single bedroom, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with queen-size bed. The property also has a fitness centre and sauna. Further amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, BOSE i/Pod docking station, flat screen TV with satellite/Sky, CD player, Blu-ray DVD player, mobile phone and computer charging station, as well as a library, a wine cellar and a massage room.There is also a baby cot and highchair, if required, as well as a free parking area.

There is a dining area, seating ten guests comfortably. Second living room with tall windows with sea views. Steps lead up from this room to a mezzanine with double queen-size bed, also with high ceilings. A single bed can be added to this bedroom on request. A glass door opens from the mezzanine level to the swimming pool terrace.

First Floor

Second bedroom with single bed with small en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also a small furnished garden on this level. The fitness center is accessible from the second living room going down eight steps. Here you will also find a sauna and a full bathroom equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and an enclosed shower.

Second Floor

Double bedroom with queen-size bed and large satellite TV, and glass doors to a terrace. Twin bedroom (can be made up as king size double bed on request. These two rooms share a large bathroom tiled with handmade majolica tiles and with a washbasin, a toilet and a Jacuzzi bathtub. You can access the bathroom from the corridor.
