There is 250 m2 indoor area and 600 m2 of outdoor area, consisting of gardens and terraces, one with swimming pool, all with wide panoramic views of Amalfi and the sea. The access to the holiday villa is by a staircase up from the car parking area. 110 steps lead to the main gate, which opens to a well-kept garden, with an extensive view of the sea. It is equipped with deck chairs and garden furniture, shaded by a pergola. From the main gate, up a private stairway of about 30 steps, brings you to a large garden terrace suitable for both sunbathing and for outdoor dining. Part of the terrace is paved and shaded by olive trees and large awnings. It is has a dining table seating 12 people, chairs, deck-chairs and a BBQ, and also an outdoor shower.

From the garden of this Amalfi Coast holiday villa to rent, 12 steps lead up to the ground floor accommodation composed of a sitting area, a spacious dining/living room with a dining table and two large double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Entrance to the middle floor of the house is straight from the garden. Here there is an ultra modern fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils. From the kitchen, a small corridor leads to an elegant bathroom, a living room and a double bedroom. Both the living room and the double bedroom have access to the terrace in front which overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. A corridor leads to two more double bedrooms, sharing a bathroom. The top floor of the luxury villa rental is reached directly from the garden, by an external stairway (25 steps). Entrance is onto a huge solarium terrace with wonderful Amalfi Coast sea views. Seven steps lead down to romantic attic accommodation for two persons composed of a dining room with a sloped ceiling, wood corner kitchen, comfortable master bedroom and bathroom. There is wi-fi internet access and air conditioning throughout the property.
