Four bedrooms have also ceiling fans. All bathrooms have slippers and toiletries Full high speed Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the property, while an entertainment audio centre is available both indoors and outdoors with three different zones.

Built on a gentle slope with sensational views, and with multi-level terraces, there are plenty of outdoor spots to choose, from numerous loungers overlooking the sea, to the grand marble dining table, perfect for dining while enjoying the views. From the ground level, you can relax by the infinity edge pool from a comfortable sun-bed. There is a private path leading down from the luxury villa rental to the rocks and sea below, for those who want to swim in the crystal clear blue Aegean Sea. More recent additions to the property include a new jacuzzi and gazebo.

Syros can be reached via direct flights or boat from Athens: there are flights to Syros National Airport via Athens. Or, a boat via Piraeus, which is 60 kms from Athens airport: Piraeus port to Syros Island is 2h30m (by high speed Boat) and 4h (by boat). Alternatively, you can choose to fly directly to Mykonos, then go to Mykonos port (3 kms). Mykonos port to Syros Island is 45m (by high speed Boat) and 1h30m (by boat).

Ground Floor

Open-plan dining and living area with spectacular views and a fully equipped kitchen with state of the art technology. A few steps up from the main living area is the master suite, consisting of a king-size bed, an open-plan office space, a walk-in dressing area and a superb bathroom. The bedroom also opens to a private terrace with wonderful views.

A few steps down from the main living area are four more bedrooms and three bathrooms: a guest WC is situated next to a single ensuite bedroom. Next, two twin bedrooms, sharing a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, as well as an outdoor living space. At the end of the hallway, is an ensuite double bedroom with a lovely shaded private veranda.

Lower Level

With easy access just a few steps down from the main bedrooms area, there is a further living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. This separate space with one double, one single bedroom and a bathroom, can be used either for children or for in-house staff.

Guest House

Completely separated from the rest of the villa, with its own secluded entrance, the guest house serves features a double bedroom, a compact single bedroom, a bathroom and a sitting area, as well as a private terrace.

Maid service is included 3 times a week. Addittional hours on request. Other services which can be arranged on request include spa and massage services, Mani- Peti, Yoga, and personal training sessions in addition to concierge, tour guides, chef, baby sitting, Boat & boat-captain services.
