The rental property on Santorini has three different parts – a main villa with four bedrooms, an adjacent guest house with three bedrooms, and a studio with one bedroom, and the property can be rented with 4, 7 or 8 bedrooms.  Earth-toned plaster is featured on the exterior of the luxury villa rental on Santorini, as well as the floors. White plaster and white mosaic has also been used for interior surfaces, while natural wood and marble have been used for both interior and exterior furniture. Mediterranean plants and cactus complement the integration of the building with the surrounding landscape. There is also a swimming pool and large exterior sea view terrace, with multiple levels equipped with loungers, sunbeds, large cushions and an outdoor shaded dining area.

Main Villa (4 bedrooms)

Ground Floor

Entrance is into a large living area with sea views, mosaic floors, stylish sofas and a marble coffee table. The doors open to a large terrace and the pool area. On you right there is a corridor, with computer working space for 2 people and, at the end of the corridor there is an all white modern fully equipped kitchen, also with sea views. The kitchen also opens to the terrace, also with dining area under a shaded pergola.

Upper Floor (3 bedrooms)

Bedroom with king size bed, TV, and balcony with both a sea view and pool view. Bedroom with queen-size bed, TV and a balcony with sea views. Bedroom with queen-size bed, TV, terrace and view over the countryside. There are two full bathrooms with showers on this floor.

Lower Floor

From the ground floor main entrance stairs lead down to the lower floor where there is a spa room with large hot tub, gym equipment, sitting area with satellite TV, and a bedroom with queen-size bed and a full bathroom with shower.

Adjacent Guest House with 3 bedrooms

Next to the main villa there is a separate guesthouse with 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and private pool. This house has separate private entrance which is just a few metres from the entrance of the main villa. On entering, there is a small fully equipped kitchen area with small table. On the left there is an open-plan area with a bedroom corner with queen-size bed at the back, and a living area on the front, which opens to the terrace. From the living area, where are stairs up to a higher level with queen-size bed. From the main entrance, there are also stairs leading down to a lower floor with a bedroom with queen-size bed, hot tub and en suite bathroom with shower. There is also a second full bathroom with steam bath, shower and double basin which serves the upper floor bedrooms.

One bedroom Studio with plunge pool

Next the main villa there is an extra guest studio with queen-size bed, small living area kitchenette and terrace with private plunge pool and loungers.
