The luxury villa on Paros has been built in Cycladic architectural style, in local stone and it designed to offer relaxation, privacy and enjoyment for both summer and winter seasons. The accommodation is on two levels with a living room and kitchen area on both levels. The floors on the lower level are made of Epidauros and Paros marble, while the upstairs flooring is in a rare brownish colour Karystian stone, in a Byzantine style. The master bedroom is on the upper level and opens to the front terrace, while the three other bedrooms are on the lower level.
Outdoors there is a swimming pool and a large pool-side pergola, with an old monastery table allowing for alfresco dining for 10 people. There is also an adjoining large charcoal pit/barbeque and a built-in oven. Amenities at the villa include air conditioning in all bedrooms, satellite TV, DVD, I-phone dock, stereo CD, Wi-Fi internet, hairdryer and laundry facilities.
