The Krios Beach holiday villa for rent in Paros is situated just 3 kms from the main town of Parikia, and within a few minutes walk from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Krios beach. Krios Beach offers tranquillity and crystal clear water, even during the busiest weeks of the summer. The lively town of Parikia offers numerous bars and tavernas and is also where the boats depart for day trips to the neighbouring islands, such as Delos and Mykonos.

The stone-built house is one of a well tended group of seven houses, all with private gardens and uninterrupted views to the bay and town of Parikia. Close to this villa rental is a large covered barbecue area, with a marble table and built-in seating. There are also other outdoor seating areas, ideal for siestas during a hot summer’s day, breakfast, other meals or evening drinks. The quarter acre Mediterranean garden has large cypress and wild bay trees, rosemary, bougainvillea and geraniums. It also has its own private swimming pool (8 x 5m).
