The location of the apartment is superb for exploring Paris, as well as for shopping and fine dining. There are plenty of lovely bars, cafes, restaurants and wine bars in the surrounding streets.

A lift in the building takes you directly to the apartment (85m2) on the 1st floor. There are two entrances to the apartment: one is in the kitchen and the other in the long hallway. There are large rounded floor-level windows in each room and typical French low ceilings, which enhance the warmth and charm of this lovely apartment. The cosy living room overlooks the historic Palais Royal. There is a dining table (seats 6), comfortable chairs and two couches, which can be used as single beds for children. The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils.

There are two bedrooms: the king-size bedroom overlooks the Palais Royal Gardens, while the queen-size bedroom overlooks the quiet narrow street behind. There are 2 full bathrooms next to each bedroom with American showers but no bathtub. The king bedroom shower is equipped for disabled people. Please note that you are under the arcade of the Palais Royal but with a direct view onto the gardens. There is also Wi-Fi internet access and air conditioning at the apartment.
