The apartment (65m2), on three levels, has its own private entryway from Rue de Montpensier, and also from the gardens. The entryway and living room are on the ground floor. The living room has high ceilings and lovely floor to ceiling French windows that open to the gardens, and shops of Palais Royal. There are two cosy bedrooms, one overlooking the Palais Royal Gardens and the other overlooking the Rue de Montpensier, and one full bath on the second floor. They are fairly narrow and could pose a problem for someone elderly or someone who has trouble walking.
