Entrance from the car park is into a large foyer with marble staircase and an open double volume space spreading over the two levels. A few steps from the foyer is an office, and also an equipped fitness room. The lower level of this luxury holiday villa rental near Dubrovnik comprises a living room with large TV and a well equipped kitchen with a custom-made dining table seating 12 people. There is an adjacent shaded terrace, with outdoor dining table, also seating 12. There are five double bedrooms, sleeping 10 guests, and five bathrooms, two with jacuzzi baths. An additional 2 guests can be accommodated on a pull-out sofa.

The spacious bedroom next door also has a jacuzzi bath with sea view. Another deluxe bedroom, with bathroom, on the lower level has access to two terraces.
East Side: The 2 spacious bedrooms here each has a shower bathroom. One is on the same floor as the living room and kitchen, and the other is above the fitness room.
