Recently renovated, the villa is mainly constructed in the famous Brač white stone, used also for famous buildings like the Diocletian Palace in Split and, if the Brač legend is correct, also to be found in the White House in Washington DC. The five bedrooms each offer en-suite bathrooms, individually controlled air-conditioning and underfloor heating for winter rentals. The living and dining areas overlook the private swimming pool and sun terrace, as well as benefitting from the sea views. Surrounded by private gardens with herbs and pine, olive, lemon and lime trees, guests will enjoy the feeling of staying at a Mediterranean escape with the scents from the garden and the stunning views. As well as the swimming pool and sun terrace, this luxury villa rental benefits from direct access, via steps, down to the Adriatic sea.

The very helpful house manager is on hand to ensure you get the most from your holiday in Croatia. Guests can charter the villa’s skippered 33 foot sailing yacht, allowing the discovery of wonderful secluded bays and island restaurants, and watersports can also be arranged for guests, including sea kayaking, sailing, scuba diving, wind surfing, kite surfing and waterskiing. Cultural visits to the ancient cities of Trogir and Split can also be organized on request. To reach Brac from Split, you can take a ferry to Supertar, or to get closer to the villa, you can drive to Makarska from Split and take a ferry to Sumartin. There are no scheduled flights to Brac, but you can also arrive by private charter flight. It is advisable to hire a car at Split airport and take this on the ferry, although the villa owner can arrange a pick up from the ferry by minibus or boat (both at extra charge). It is possible to hire a car in Supertar on Brac, or in Makarska on the mainland, but the choice is more limited.
